How long will it take to receive my order? - All orders placed before 3pm, will normally be shipped to you within 2-6 working days (Unless otherwise stated in the Product Information). You can track your order by using our Order Status tool

How long will it take to receive my Pre-Ordered Item? - For Orders on Pre-Order, we do our best to deliver you item within 2 weeks. however this is not always possible and may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances so we cannot guarantee. But we will do our best to get you order to you as quickly as possible.

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order in which to return all or part of it for a full refund.
All online Sale items are refundable, but these must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
We are more than happy to process a full refund on all items so long as they are returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. If the packaging is damaged, or there are missing elements, a 15% restocking charge will be deducted when the refund is processed. Refunds will be processed within 30 calender days.
