How much is Shipping? - Everything you see on the website includes Free Shipping for UK orders

How long will it take to receive my order? - All orders placed before 3pm, will normally be shipped to you within 2-5 working days (Unless otherwise stated in the Product Information). You can track your order by using our Order Status tool. All items are dispatched using second class Royal Mail. For all items over a certain value and weight, these will be despatched via courier and a tracking number will be provided. For all international orders, you will be provided with a tracking number on order despatch.

What happens if I have a problem with my order, or want to return it? - Please contact us using the contact link, or by emailing hello@ichic.co.uk, where our team are on hand to assist you in any way possible

How long does it take to receive my refund? - Goods are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You will receive a refund confirmation email when this has been done.
